fuel line leak/connector removal help?

I've got gas leaking in front of my left rear wheel, removed the alum cloth heat shield to find rusted out gas line. wondering how to remove the gas line from the red/black connector that comes from the tank to the gas line so I can replace the gas line. Thanks for any help you might have.

If it's the connector I'm thinking of, it should be removable with a fuel disconnect tool. Have a picture?

It's not the tool that is like a 3/8 tubing split legth wise that you push in to release. It's thicker with a red insert and has a red plastic flip catch that I pried open but can't see inside B/c it's on the top side of it

I got it, you need to unsnap the latch on the side you can't see in the pic and push the red part out of the black part toured you in the pic. I had to spray some penetrating oil in it to loosen the rust, then the red part was able to push down to let it release. Thanks for the help Yello eye

Ah! Yeah, it's a pinch on the backside for that style. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.
