Cobalt refinish wheels?

Does anyone know the best way to fix these wheels, the corrosion is pretty bad? Any step by step turotials

I did think about trying the plasti dip, but I think I'm just gonna sand them down. Already looks better with clear coat removed and one pass of a palm sander.

I will probably hit them with some 400, 600, 800 grit wet then polish and see what happens, and then re clear coat them. I picked these wheels up cheap for my winter snow tires. If it turns out, I'll do the same to the ones on my car now, summer tires, that are also pretty rough looking.

Looks better cleaned up a bit. Make sure you clear those again if you don't want them to oxidize like they did before.

Plastidip? What's that and how did you do it? I have steel rims, so not looking to make it as pretty as much as to not show the rust.
