I have a 2008 cobalt lt. I got the horrible reduced engine power message so I hooked it to the laptop and it threw a throttle body code and secondary air injection code so I replaced both parts but I noticed that there was some water in the pigtail plug that plugs into the secondary air injection is this normal?? I've also replaced the purge valve
