Does anyone know if Lubetech is an OK brand of fluid for a Cobalt...Or do you have any suggestions..

Auto trans fluid

How often do you change auto trans fluid in your cobalt? My wife has an 07 and several years ago we looked into changing it and found out that you are not supposed to. It now has 220k on it with the oil never changed.
