Already had that work done...had the head sent off to be safe and it was ok...replaced the gasket, water pump, thermostat, and the hoses...just did the sensor and it seems to be running fine, but for how long who knows
Here I am again :emotions34:
Last time I had issues with the temp going up it ended up being something simple...holding/pressure tank had a small leak and so did 1 line....now after 4 weeks its running up to 240 again and cools only to about 212 on the highway
Water pump was also replaced...
It never over heated....the hottest it ever got was 225....it usually stays around 192-196...i keep an eye on the temp whenever I come to stop or if I'm in stop and go traffic
Pressure test was done...they also found that the reservoir tank had a leak
and this thing is like my joy....., I rely...
Thanks everyone
I hoping it just a small pin hole leak in the line....I have a Jeep that had the same issue...ended up being a small leak that would evaporate before it hit the ground
She is parked now and goes to the shop next Wednesday....there goes the tax check :emotions122...
Thanks
Oil will be changed Saturday
Everything was flushed and purged when the new heater core was installed
This is the 2nd time it has been empty....1st time was about 7 days ago, 2nd time was about 2 hours ago
Nothing on the ground and nothing under the car either
I have not changed the oil yet to see if any coolant made its way in there
I had the heater core replaced last summer since it had a crack and was leaking like a river

Thanks
