I have an 07 ls and the air stopped working, I bought a can of Freon and tried to put it in turned the air on max and fan on high, the clutch engages for a second then goes off and back on after about five or so seconds this is repeated over and over and will not take any Freon. I checked the fuse and the relay and the belt any suggestions?

I had a similar issue on my '05. Try adjusting the plug on top of the compressor. I used a wooden stick to tap on it while the ac was on so I could hear it click on. If it does not come on the freon may be too low, the low pressure switch will keep it off. If that is the case you may want to have it drawn down and serviced by a shop.
