drifting to the left

Car drifts to the left hard when hand is taken of the steering wheel.
Always had this problem. 2008 Cobalt LT stick shift, Just put on new tires,
front struts and rear shocks plus alignment. Any ideas on how to correct this

Mine is doing this too, just got alignment, no help
