O2 sensor codes are being displayed
Fuse protecting sensor circuit is good
However, no voltage reading at fuse (should be 12 v from battery, i believe)
Any ideas?

I had an idea. My wife has a chevy also with no engine ight warning. I found the fuse for its o2 sensor and performed the same two checks as i did in my car. Her fuse was good ,naturally, but the fuse site registered .01 v, not the 12 v i expected.
So for wharever reason, voltage is not present at the fuse. Maybe the fuse is on the neutral leg, and voltage goes directly from battery to sensor??

Did you test for a common on the fuse?

Also, which year and motor?

You're better off testing down to the connector at the sensor with a test light to see if it's getting voltage at terminal D. With the motor running the light should flash or be steady.
