Where to start?

I just picked up my new 09 cobalt SS tc sedan. First thing i knew i wanted was tints, and got that taken care of.

Now i'd like to work on performance parts. I'm new to the tuner world and know that some things will require a tune after.

What should my first upgrade be? I would like a louder exhaust asap, and a cold air intake/BOV.

Bov is useless on these cars until you go big turbo. Also difficult to tune for.

stock intake is fine, just change the air filter to a k&n. 3in cat back. catless down pipe if you don't have emissions testing in your area. then find a tuner with hp tuners or get a tune from trifecta tuning. and enjoy the new found speed.
