2 door Quickest way to remove this panel

The front pops easily but it appears I will rip the crap out of the panel along the bottom and rear if I force, anyone have pictures of the car with the panel removed?

Do I need to pop the seat & ??? To get this out?

Should be able to just fold seat down a bit and get it slid out. Worse case pull bottom of rear seat out super easy and quick to do

It feels like it’s bolted down somewhere, I had the seat and trunk open but appears to be clipped on all sides.

Ah well when I have more time
