I noticed that your cluster gauges are past the zero marker, im sure that now all cobalts do the "flicker" of the cluster gauges after 27 seconds of the car being turned off and the keys removed from the ignition. its a recall that needs to be fixed and chevy hasn't posted a recall yet.
