Power Steering motor
One last thought it's a little major. The wheel play it could be one of your hub bearing.... We had a 2001 buick and at 40_45 the car would shake and the steering left loose..- darklink991

Cobalt electrical problems (>.<)
I had a old part about the tcm going out... Power steering would flash on the dic. Wouldn't shift.I would search for it.....- darklink991

Engine Temp
Yeah 190_210 is normal as for 200 dollars no... You should just need new thermostat. Seal. And instant gasket. Haven't changed mine but thermostat change should be easy...- darklink991

Power Steering motor
We don't have a motor assist power steering...... The motor is right above your feet. So not sure how that effects it..- darklink991

Into the fray :)
Not to sound mean but you will mostly get hit by trucks like right above your gas tank...yeah wife drove car home and at work it got hit....as for body kits look at the chevy cobalt sport sedan *SS* I like that kit the most....by chance how much is it for anyone who got it and how?- darklink991

Night Shade problems
Your paint might of separate, all I know is a company in omaha nebraska does it for 60 dollars. So I'm going to take my hhr there for them to do it.- darklink991

What are new and better lights first.... As for night shade check the forum it's like a all day process. You have to wet sand then coat then wet sand again.- darklink991

No one else has a hhr

Ok some questions on sport sedan
2008 Chevrolet Cobalt SPORT, $12,995 - Cars.com Looking at this car. I have a 05 lt sedan with 60k miles on it only expecting 100k miles before we get rid of it. Coolant temperature?
Sorry was typing on my cell phone. A 190 thermostat, someone could of changed out the thermostat on your new engine if they live in a colder climate. Should only be like 15 dollars for a new 190 thermostat and a little pouch thing to make a seal around the thermostat housing.- darklink991

If you by chance have the old engine. I would take the thermostat out of it or go to autozone and buy like a 180 temp one. I think gm uses a 190 or 200.- darklink991
