RPM Tachometer fluctuation/bouncing/jumping/pulsating while driving on side roads
Relearn is a lie. Had this happen to my 2007 Cobalt, 2.2 LS. Best thing for this one is to check the wires on the electrical, that's the problem... nothing mechanical. Clean them, switch them out, check fuses whatever you gotta do. This happened to me several time over 12 months. Then it... -

Bad strut or strut mount
Check bushings, tie rods and tire balance, rotation, also pcv and ecm. A computer reset may be necessary!- David S

Colbalt LS 2010 Engine, Fuel Pump Problems?
Does it have California emissions? Air sucked in at start? Throttle body, pcv, or perhaps Ecm?- David S

I put in junkyard throttle body and did not know to reset computer. I went many miles, several months then rpms were jumpin back and forth and bouncing to come down. I had to put in ECM reset computer and now hoping everything levels out. Is there a normal time for everything o wear/break in...
