Weird and dangerous
It sounds like warped rotors or bad places on them will cause that. If they are still in decent shape u can get them turned at a garage for much less then cost of 2 new ones. Hope this helps- Dustin H

Engine power reduced 09 cobalt
Sorry if posted in wrong place, new to this. I recently bought a 09 cobalt coupe and it runs and drives fine most days, but sometimes after turning it off when i try to start again it displays engine power reduced. Unhooking battery worked at first then pulling fuses now everytime it does this i...- Dustin H
