Well as it turns out the problem was the brand new slave cylinder. flywheel made no difference.
The "new" slave cylinder looked exactly the same, but when you would actuate the cylinder no air would go into our out of the spot where the hose connects. Not sure why it wasn't leaking though.
Well the Cobalt flywheel is apparently NON SERVICEABLE, and should never be machined...I am waiting for 100% confirmation of that fact though. One thing to be sure, there is absolutely zero adjustment capability on these cars, so it makes sense to me that you wouldn't want to mess with the...
