Does anyone no the repair procedure for the shift solenoid b in a 2006 cobalt lt.

I have found out today that my shift solenoid b is bad and needs to be changed. Anyone out there no how to change it, the location and the difficulty of the job. I hear that you have to move alot of stuff to get to the part.
