I have really been hard on the breaks the past few days and the noise hasn't got any better or worse so I am convinced their is something wrong. I Taking it to the dealer Wednesday so ill see what happens

I have a 09 cobalt LT with about 40k. I just got the breaks done at the dealership. They replaced the front pads and machined the rotors. Now their is a noise when breaking lightly at low speeds. Also when turning the wheel all the way to the right or left when my foot is off the break peddle it...
