Most Reliable Under $2000
I know they aren't very exciting, but I would just get a Corolla or Civic. The parts are cheap, they are easy to fix and extremely reliable. I also vote for buying at Discount Tire Direct. Got my last set from them and it was much cheaper than Tire Rack. If you want to save even more money, have them mounted at a Walmart tire center. Rubbing noise when braking?
For the front brakes, try pulling out the pads and coating the back of them with a product like CRC Disc Brake Quiet Gel. It is a pink/orange gel that comes in a small bottle. That will help stop the pads from vibrating and creating that screeching noise.- Paul79UF

How to paint Chevy Logo
I just bought a package of these micro brushes to do some touch up paint work. They would be great for re-painting your Chevy logo. Just go real slow and apply painters tape to the areas around the logo just in case your hand slips. -
Pioneer system, sub not working
