My daughter has 2008 cobalt that wont start.It wont crank with key.You can can jumper starter it will crank my not start.When I turn key on the lights on dash light up but go off in a few seconds.Is this normal? Somebody give me some ideas where to check, It has a new switch thanks philrmech
