Engine temp
I checked the fuses and they look good. The fan does turn on, but it doesn't bring the temperature down. Its usually at around 199-205˚F when it used to be at 180 all the time in cold or extreme heat.- raul89

Engine temp
I have a '07 Cobalt LT and it recently starting acting up a few days ago. My coolant temp would always read 180 when running at hwy speeds or in idle, and now it goes up to 200-220˚F (highest was 225) and was wondering if that is normal? Temp and A/C Issues....
Hey Knight, I had the same problem (#2) that you had a while back. My coolant temp would read F---, everything looked fine, fluids, sensors, etc, but I happened to buy a new thermostat and to my surprise it didnt have one! A/C Compressor Doesn't Work Help!!
Hey everyone My a/c has slowly stopped cooling the way it used to. I went to see if it needed freon and it was right on full. I think there is so current to the compressor. How to change the thermostat on a '07 Cobalt LT?
