Window crank handles!!!
I think they sell them at one of the chain auto parts store under the brand "Help" or something like that. Junk yard is a good idea. Definitely from the dealer... either way, make sure that you get the clips when you get your new handles. Good Luck!- Remy

Spark Plugs
They are 100,000 mile spark plugs. I change mine at 50,000.. Make sure you use ACDelco plugs. No matter what car make you have, its always best to use the same brand plugs the manufacturer used originally. The grumble noise.... does it happen when you raise the engine RPM slightly? See if...- Remy

Is this normal?
Most likely you are going to need a new shifter. It's not too common of a problem, but common enough. The Brake Transmission Shift Interlock (BTSI or Bitsy as we call it) Solenoid probably crapped out. The BTSI sends a signal to the ignition lock solenoid and tells it that it's ok to release...- Remy

Power Unlock Blues
Its the transmitters, its always the solder breaking loose on the circuit board of the key fob. Or in your case, the rubber pads on the inside of the unlock and unlock buttons on the transmitter are worn. Long story short, I've tried cleaning the rubber up to make a better contact. Never works...- Remy

Transmission fluid flush, pan drop????
Like Tom said, there's no drain plug. The pan needs to be removed to drain the fluid. The filter usually gets changed with that type of service. The Cobalt owners manual says to service the transmission fluid at 50,000 miles. For future reference.. Spark Plugs at 100,000 Coolant at 150,000...- Remy

Tire Pressure Monitor Problems
Odds are who ever had the car before you didn't want to pay the (about) $80 per Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor (TPMS). Plus whatever their dealer would charge to install them. Radio problems. Anyone else? TSB?
I checked bulletins, there aren't any for that problem. I've worked for a GM dealer for over 3 years, I don't think I have ever seen a Cobalt with a USB. Didn't even know they had them. If it's a part of the radio, then my guess would be it is an internal problem with the radio..
