i found a manifold but it cost $350 plus i gotta get a new downpipe fabbed up for it. i will get it later. i just need to get the car back up and running and get this tuning situation done.

a 2 3/4" exhaust isnt good enough? i dunno, i gotta start cutting off fundin for the car soon. puttin too much money towards the car and i gotta start putting it more towards the family, not to mention im bout to start school. i wanna get my degree done before i get out of the air force in 3 years

the .50 isnt really that small. its not as big as the .70 tho

When it comes to the exhaust after the Turbo... the bigger the better. Sure... the car will run one a 2.5" exhaust... but a FULL 3" system will allow the turbo to spool a good bit quicker.

And I wouldn't buy a new manifold unless it is a Long Tube one like the RDFabs one. I'm telling you those things are worth it. It will dramatically increase your topend power and you should exhaust wrap it for even better spool times.

Vulcan... not Zulcan. And that's what I have on my car. The RDFabs manifold is basically the same thing... only less expensive, it comes WITH a Tial WG, and you'll probably get it a lot faster from RDFabs than you would from Vulcan.

I waited almost 2 months for my Vulcan manifolds to arrive.

im goin to order the Garrett manifold. its only $350. as far as getting a 3" exhaust i will get that later when i save up. my W2s should be in before the 20th (military does their shit fast thank god and its electronic no waitin for it in the mail) so within a week i should have the money and order up the new manifold and get the new downpipe done. why is long tube better over log style? exhaust i understand it allows the air to flow better
