OK...DAY 1:

We feel like we got a lot accomplished considering a few things.

-We started actually tearing into the car around 4pm - ish.

-Did the normal stuff like, pull the wheels off and put the car on jackstands

-The front bumper was already off..so that was a plus.

-Jareds car is wired like nothing you would believe with just the strangest shit everywhere.

-So that means probably 20% of the day was actually removing wiring and trying to figure out WTF it was and which lights it went to

-Scott (soundbalt) was a big help with that at the start of the day unfortunately he had to leave to go to work. But he will be back tomorrow to continue his excellent work!

-Computer fan?????????? Why WTF....ripped that the **** out.

-As that was going on we worked on removing the tensioner, intake manifold, throttle body, intake, stuff like that.

-Then Chad (PyschoCam) showed up :woot: ...and this is were we started to really get into it.

-We all worked on our own little project and helped each other out with things.

-Chad worked on getting the MAF sensor, Throttle body, and a few other things wired properly. ( Thank you so much for that Chad. You were a big help)

-All in all...we got the MAF sensor and Intake intact

-The intake manifold, IC pump bracket and pump are all installed. (Minus 2 bolts because we need washers)

-The heat exchanger is bolted up and fittings attached (we need better hose so we couldn't plumb the it)

-Thats pretty much it for today.

-Tomorrow will be more involved. We have to wire up the TB and Injectors and have Scott work on removing all the bullshit wiring out of the car so it doesn't look like shit ( no offense Jared )

Day 2:

I don't even know where to begin...

-Morning started off with Scott and Chris working on some wiring issues (Jared related add ons...not LSJ swap stuff)

-Chris got the intake manifold & the AC compressor buttoned up.

-Then once we were all there we got the bolts off of Jared for the alternator and got that all bolted.

-Chris and I started to tackle the engine bay and Scott and Jared worked on rewiring all of the Jared add ons so the damn thing won't catch on fire.

-Chad showed up and we started working on rewiring the LSJ TB plug, injector harness and a few other misc things that needed wired properly

-Basically...we got the M62 bolted on, the tensioner assembly is intact, the air intake and coupler is all attached.

-The TB is wired properly ( Thanks Kyle (MP81) )

-The washer pump is wired

-The IC pump is wired and works.

-The heat exchanger is plumbed and holding fluid.

-The LS bumper has been notched and fits.

-The only thing holding us back from finishing tomorrow is the fact that we are short a few parts. We need the actuator and hoses that go on top of the blower. ( I have no clue were we are going to find this)

Just a few other small things that we have to get figured out tomorrow. We have to mount the MAP sensor and finish all the Jared add on rewiring and just some odd ball stuff.

I know im forgetting some details...but im freaking beat...my entire body hurts  :banghead:

geez thats a bunch of wires! where are yal getting power for all that shit

all those wires you see in the first set of pics are now gone. We all got on Jareds shit and told him we had to dump all the accessory bullshit in order to do the car the right way....it's ridiculous man. O well. we made good progress today, minus the one major part that we need that he doesn't have :emotions122: We will see what tomorrow brings.

Day 3:

Today we just buttoned a few loose ends.

All the Jared add-ons that we allowed him to keep are wired up and now SAFE!

Mounted the coolant fill tank in the proper position and made sure that was all kosher.

All the gauges are wired up.

Bumper and headlights are mounted and bolted.

Hood is back on.

Interior is pretty much back together.

The things we have left to do:

Map sensor

Plug the whole on top of the blower

Jared has to find the actuator and hose.

Fix one coolant line that goes to the overflow tank.

Find a belt tool so we can get the belt on.

Thats about it. I didn't take any pictures today...I'll take some the day we finish the car, once Jared finds the rest of the parts.
