just with an intake i get 100-150 mi more per tank and it took the lag outta my throttle response so if u add the 2.4l manifold only good things can happen:)

which intake do you use? is it near the wheel well or in the engine bay?
w/ me drive 75 miles a day to work i need any gains i can get lol

i don't believe that with an intake you're getting anywhere near that much gas mileage. i'm fully bolted on and tuned with the 2.4 mani and tb and i don't see any huge spike in gas mileage at all. to clear things up, you will need to first purchase the 2.4 mani and tb, and THEN put the tune in at the same time to compensate for the throttle body. but tuning a car is pointless unless you're fully bolted because you're gonna want to get the best gains possible with mileage and hp. tuning for a 2.4 tb and manifold and THEN putting on header, downpipe, exhaust after you tuned it is pointless. so get fully bolted before you do the swap and the tune.

true, but if you borrow the cable, it's a 200 dollar up front core charge for the cable until you send it back.

okay, I was going to say something a little more insulting and rude pertaining to the talks of intakes increasing mpg, seriously.

Point blank if you are giving the engine more or colder air, you are using more fuel. The horsepower fairies can't hide the facts of stoichiometric air-fuel ratios.
