Time for a new transmission..

well back again and my fire breathing cobalt blew up the transmission well I was shifting into third. I was dyno'd at 343whp but this was in the winter time and....i never turned the boost down.

So time for a new tranny! what one lnf 3.82 final gear ratio or the custom 4.05 final gear ratio. what ones going to impress me more. I want a track car, Ive allready got the hahn level V kit, coilovers and sway bars waiting to be installed.

Whats the difference between the 2? from my understanding the tc transmisson has more top end pull and the lsj transmission is more bottom end get up and go.

The LNF has a much better feel in my opinion. The LSJ trans is useless. I despise 1st gear in my 06.

But In a track car, your prob better of with the LSJ. It all depends on where you want the power band of the car.

Transmission just showed up yesterday lol, this is going to be a fun car. starting to think this car is indestructable now. Throw my coilovers and sway bars on and I think this thing might be ready for the road course.

What do you guys think the install time on this is?
