Starting Issue!

Hi, i'm new to this forum. I just bought a 2008 Chevy Cobalt LT in the last couple of weeks, I bought it as a rebuilt car so it has no factory warranty. It has 60,000K miles on it and it has an issue that just came up where it doesn't want to start the 1st time and sometimes the 2nd time, but it will always ( so far) start the 3rd time. Does anyone know what this may be? it sounds like its not getting fuel. because the second time you will hear it and see the RPM's come up to about 500 then it just dies. but the try after that it will start perfectly. It's a standard by the way and the check engine light isn't on. I should be able to post a video of it tomorrow afternoon if anyone would like me to. Does it sound like the fuel pump? I mean once it gets started it runs perfect.

What about the fuel injectors? Once started, if you are idling low, does it sound like it wants to die out? Or does the needle move around a lot if you're stopped?
