So I wanna lower my cobalt but I'm not sure what brands are good. I've heard of D2,H&R, Eibach, and Tein but which ones would be the best bang for my buck????

Which ever ones fit your budget/drop/ride quality. Do some looking around and reading in different ones.

I put Sportlines on my Balt and it lowered it 2" in the back and 1.5" in the front. Sometimes I wish I was stock height but most of the time I like the stance it gives off.

Hey florida. You got any pics with the pro kit? I only want to lose an 1.5" or so and not drag.

H&R race springs are lower than Sportlines. B&G too, my ss/tc was riding on bump stops on them.

I put sportlines on mine. gave it a good drop. but not too low to hit potholes. I like 'em that way tho.
