I have a 2010 cobalt ls with a 2.2L and I want to upgrade my intake but I heard it can ruin newer motos. Is this true or will it increase the preformance of the car?

Lmao, who told you that?
All you gotta do is have a spot for the mass airflow sensor to fit in near where it is stock.

what signature?

Injen is the most popular, than K&N. DONT get a cheap intake, they throw codes, and many will have such poor air flow you loose power!

I did the ZZP 2.4 intake that eliminates the factory baffle/bladder. Added a K&N filter in the factory housing too. A 5 minute installation and pretty inexpensive. $50 for the filter, $99.99 + shipping for the tube.

Not a big change but it should help when I get the header, 2.5" downpipe and low restriction catback installed.

I wanted to keep the factory filter housing and eliminate the baffle/bladder.

Keep an eye on this site for a used K&N or GMPP set-up used.
