Remove front license plate/rivets

hey, anyone know how to remove the Rivets from the front license plate? Gets boring looking at front license all day especially when it says Maroone Lol!

btw: stock 2009 Ls couple looking for ideas! :popcorn:

A drill and drill them out.

That's what I did, small drill bit in the center. Picked up a couple plugs at a hardware store.
