mine is still not working. I replaced the fan motor, the resistor, the relay and the blower switch. all of my fuses test good but, I still get no power going TO the switch...
I had the same problem on my 2007 cobalt and it was the simplest thing I could possibly imagine. I bought a new resistor, switch and fan and when I was just getting ready to install my fan my hand bumped some wires and it turned back on! Been working fine ever since. If it's not anything like the fan , switch , ect... And you're getting power just follow the wires and make sure you don't have a short! Saved me a lot of money and hassle because those blower fans are NOT easy too install

I am having similar problems with my '06. I've got the two low settings working fine, but 3 and high don't work. Form what I understand if it is the resistor I should have the opposite, losing speeds gradually from one and always having the high speed even when the resistor is disconnected. When I took the resistor out I had nothing at all. I'm leaning towards the switch as was mentioned above. Any other thoughts?
