i keep blowing the parking light fuse in my 2010 cobalt lt... we've checked the bulbs, the license plate light/socket/wires...all seems ok, seems to blow more when it's been washed/rain. We've narrowed it down to the wiring being not grounded or bare but it seems as though we have to take the bumper apart to check, before we go to that amount of work does anyone have any suggestions or can you give me a hint on which wiring(color) we should be looking for?

There's a ton of lights on that switch. Easiest way to diag that is going to be to drive it in the rain and then start pulling things apart and checking circuits with a multimeter.
