My 2010 Cobalt LT did not come with stereo controls on the steering wheel. Can they be added?

You may have to buy a different steering wheel.

You can purchase the plastic bit that has the buttons in them from the dealer or buy a used wheel from a 2LT or SS to get the buttons. If you already HAVE cruise control in your car, the radio controls will work as soon as you put it all together and reconnect the battery. If you DON'T have cruise control you have a lot of work to do rewiring things. It can be done but I don't recommend it.
