Hello - sorry another front end noise question

I have a noise coming from the front end when we get to around 25 mph. I've been reading and trying to figure out what the noise is coming from.
Some background -> the car was fine and I took it into a chev dealership to change the oil and move the tires from the back to the front. The tires have been on the car for at least 3 years and I know they were on pretty good by looking the how the lugnuts are now round. After they changed the tires, I started to hear the noise and now it's getting louder. I've been reading several posts trying to narrow down the problem without luck.
Things I've tried;
- spin the tires and hold the spring for any vibration - don't notice any.
- grab the tires and try to move them - no movement.
- drive and turn left and right - noise doesn't go away.
- replaced my front tires (time for new ones anyway) - no different.
- turn hard left and right and listen for popping for the CVT - sounds good.
- drive and put the car into neutral - verified that it's not a transmission issue as the noise didn't go away.

From what I read, it's sometimes hard to determine if it's the wheel hub. If it's not the trans, CVT is it then a wheel hub? I hate to replace parts that don't need to be replaced.

Thanks
