09 cobalt LT problems

Having some weird issues with my car and wanted to get some opinions before I go paying a mechanic. I have an 09 cobalt LT. Bought it used back in 2015 from a small car lot. I was really sold on it because I loved the interior. It was running amazing until earlier this year. I noticed that when I was idling at a light the car would rock and try to loose power. Still does. When I drive, the steering wheel vibrates. During this, my instrument panel goes haywire and bounces up and down and triggers my power steering to cut out. Yesterday I actually stalled at an intersection and had to restart my car. Also occasionally my air/heat will decide to randomly not work for a couple days. Have no idea if any of these issues are related. Anybody else deal with this? Any thoughts?
