Where did you get it from ? Did you keep your receipt ?
Did you contact the seller about a return ?
Does it fit and is just a little different physically ?
Did you check with the GM website to see if there was a bulletin about changing the part from what was original ?
And did you check for any special service order to replace the pump at no charge ?
Read through this thread and look up the special Service tech bulletin, I think in the wording that your fuel pump is covered If is leaking (hint, hint). Read it thoroughly, it covered my gas tank, fuel pump and misc. rubber parts.
