dude you wrecked it either way you're not gonna sue gm or get anything out of it by trying to figure it out. it is what it is i think you should just move onto that sweet lnf project.

In my shoes you would be doing the same thing, if there is a reason i was unable to regain control that can be directly linked to a faulty part made by and warrantied by GM then I sure as shit will sue GM for it if I can prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. First thing I need to do is recreate the scene by calling the witnesses I have, then I need to have my ECM plugged into a tech 2 so i can find the speed i was going when i spun and when i got hit..........either way I'm gunna stop posting this in here, no need to steal another persons thread lol

there was also a recall about a fuel pump thingy... id have it checked out too

fuel pump leaking caused a fire or can cause a fire then car go BOOM!

10023- p/s for cobalt, G5, pursuit
at this point u have to waiT for the letter, we don't even know which models are affected yet, we have no info, not even on a release date for the recall letters. That date is TBD, and until than no one is gettig this done for free. Those who previously paid cannot apply for reimbursement u tip they get the letter. Lemme see what else...I think that's it...
