Problem solved. The foam seal on the recycle door came loose and was blocking the air duct.

Blower motor has low volume or air coming out of ducts. I have done the obvious and removed the cabin filter which was dirty with no effect. However when the door for the cabin filter is left open the air volume increases equal to my other cars. . I am thinking the air intake for the heat...
