you'll be fine with no tune. though it's common to run into rusted bolts that twist off or are seized and need to be torched while working on exhaust components.
I done it.
it's a easy but takes patience. you have to heat them in the oven and be careful not to melt them or use a hair dryer (sucks) or very careful not to warp them with a heat gun. you will need to figure a way to clean all... i mean all the silicone adhesive from the interlocking areas...

kinda need a trained ear to know what you're hearing. a vid would help a lot there's a whole lot of sounds clicks, clunks, squeals, squeaks. what i consider a squeal you may call a squeak if you catch my drift.
if it did it only when the a/c was on it could be either of the following:
a loose belt slipping because the compressor is added load. belt could be loose from either wear/stretching over time or weak belt tensioner.
it could be a bad bearing in the compressor because the compressor shaft...
for the clicks are you lowered? if you're lowered possibility the axles going.
for the squeak when do u hear it? does the sound get worse/change when you turn on the a/c? does it do it under hard acceleration only? if it does, does it sounds like a cat getting its tail stepped on?
if it does...
remember those word problems in school where u had to determine if there was enough info to solve the problem? This is one of them with not enough info.
have someone scan the BCM (body control module) with a Tech2 scanner. The auto lights and dash are controled through the BCM. I have seen a few people with the similar complaints typically is a fuse, relay or something burned out in the BCM
