    you can't? i've done it on an l61 in a g6. timing chain service. it's not that hard you just gotta label all the lines and wires you'll be fine. is it your dd? i'd pull it off and have a mild port done, oversized valves and valve springs that thing will breath nicely for your setup. lsj valves...

    just trying to make him feel a little better about the setup, i'd be pissed if i did all that work and barely broke 14. i think maybe with some better driving (not spinning 3 gears) would get you down the track in 13.5 or better. not trying to criticize, don't get me wrong.

    all the same stuff lol. we use some off brand non chlorinated cleaner. i usually pick up gunk brake cleaner from the store. no prob.

    it's normal. it'll come off the first second you hit the brakes. only use brake cleaner or water though.
