Not unless you plan on cambering the **** out of them. I went to a website to look for wheels and the sizes they gave me were no wider than 215. You don't need massive tires on a Cobalt. I have yet to see any Cobalts with a tire width of 225 let alone 235

If the starter isn't cranking then your battery is dead If the starter cranks but the engine won't fire then your starter is no good If the engine turns over then dies after a few minutes then the alternator is bad. Your situation sounds like a dead battery

I've had an 09 coupe since September 2010. Only issue I had was an ignition lock recall. That and 2 flat tires lol

Tape off the windows too around the edge when you do it. I hear that stuff is a pain in the ass to clean off of a window.

I've always had horrible luck with tires. I lost 3 tires on my Sentra when I had her.

What did you use to paint the cover? Just regular spray paint?

It shows a temp of around 180 which is normal operating temp from what I've seen. The fans only kick on when the engine starts to get warm, as they normally should.

It hasn't run any lights and nothing came up on the inspection. Like I said, I've seen several stick shift Cobalts with this same thing so I assume it's normal. Maybe just a shitty design.

I bought my Cobalt with two shot front tires. So I bought myself a nice new set for the winter. Second day I get a nail in the front left tire. Two weeks later I blew out the back right tire. The week after I hit two nails with the back left tire. I'm waiting to see how long it takes before...

I found out what my problem was; it's the fans. I noticed that during this scenario the headlights flicker. This is because the electrical system is drawing a lot of power to spin the cooling fans.

Check the amps of the bulb. Sounds stupid but this is a problem I've seen with a lot of people. Make sure the amp doesn't exceed the fuse load

Never hook anything secondary to a fuse like power steering or ABS or anything like that. Use the fuse for you interior lights or the radio. I have my grill lights hooked to my headlight fuse. Last thing you want is to overload a power steering fuse and blow it while you're driving around.

The cold weather kills fuel economy but it also allows more pounds of fuel into the tank which evens it out. Remember, warmer weather causes gas to expand. So this shouldn't be too much of a factor. Short drives are what bring the economy down too
