20 inch rims on a cobalt?

i found this: seems like a reallly good deal Black 20 inch rims with polished lip 5x110 but i dont know about 20s, most seem to go for 16-18 and what do you think about black rims on a blue car?

just got a cobalt, aftermarket on budget? help please

i just got a cobalt a few weeks ago, 2007 ls so far ive put on chrome hub caps, i knwo- not wheels interior neon lights (actually LED) and chrome accented the grille and tail lights im in highschool and dont have much money, but any ideas for aftermarketing it either for preformance or...
