    Rattling noise when going slow over bumps ,whining noise when accelerating

    After I installed my K&N intake I could hear the engine sucking in the air. How would you describe the sound other than whining?

    Any budget builds exist for an LAP 2.2l with an auto tranny? A K&N intake is all I have for now. Input is much appreciated.

    Noise coming from AC?

    Its the cheap plastic fan that gm used. Over time it warps and distorts until it contacts the inside of its housing. I had the same problem on a 1991 explorer, replacing the fan fixed it.
