Well the Coolant temp reached 234 today. I'm thinking the Thermostat might be bad. The tank has fluids in it.- Knight

Temp and A/C Issues....
Changed the Ambient sensor and still gets weird readings. The sensor was cheap so I changed it for the hell of it but I'm not going to worry about that anymore. I unplugged it and just like you said it doesn't do anything for the car. I'm just going to take it to a mechanic when I get a chance...- Knight

Temp and A/C Issues....
The coolant temp sensor was an A/C delco brand. I would hope it didn't go bad again. I checked into the Ambient sensor GM# 25775833 and looks like the Cobalt only takes 1 from what I see and located right behind the left headlamp. Their cheap like $6 bucks so I'm going to just get it and change...- Knight

I already replaced the coolant Temp sensor a few weeks ago though. Those ambient tempt sensors i'm not too sure if they are bad or not. A mechanic mentioned the Coolant Level Sensor but I don't see it on the coolant reservoir bottle that the dealer says it comes with. But thanks for the...- Knight
