2009 Cobalt LT XFE
You can always upgrade to some HIDs for the lights. Putting on an intake and exhaust will spruce it up a bit. A tune won't really net you anything impressive power wise unfortunately but if done correctly, you should notice a bump in gas mileage.- 1AJeremyD

lowest drop?
If you are just looking for a drop, SSC springs are decent for what you probably want. If you are really looking to get that flush look, you would want to go the extra mile and get a set of coil overs (Stance, KW, or Ksport are the most popular ones). Need a good tuner!
Unfortunately there is nothing free for the cobalts. Only real tuning software is HPtuners for the people that know what they are doing and for those that don't, there is always Trifecta.- 1AJeremyD

2006 wont shift
If the power steering is flashing, the motor is probably gone just like the other 1.2 million that they fixed. Bring it in to the dealership and have them do the recall for you. -

new in w phoenix
Is there anything aftermarket installed on the vehicle electrical wise? (radio, radar detector hardwired in, aero guages, ect). I had someone install a radar detector and some aero gauges on their car and they hard wired them into the wrong wires and ended up needing a whole new wiring harness.- 1AJeremyD

How Can I Purge Air out of Radiator ?
I would definitely sounds like the water pump has gone. Was there and CELs? If it was the catalytic converter you would have noticed a change in the exhaust note as well as possibly a check engine light.- 1AJeremyD

Camshaft sprocket holding tool?
There is actually a really good kit on summit for the OTC tool kit. I just picked one up the other day in preparation for a rebuild for someone. I think it is around $160 for the whole kit but I could be wrong. I found it for a bit more here ...- 1AJeremyD
