2.4L NA AC bypass

Well there's a G5 trunk at our local wrecker right now and I'm a painter so I have no prob doing this, it also has the same spoiler so I don't have to worry about making any new holes. Seems like a pretty easy job. Find tail lights with the built in reverse lights and we're good. Just an idea... -

Pretty cool. Just putting my 2 pennies in though.. before we use HIGH BUILD primer, we sand it with 320 grit. You'd probably have to put a loot of spray bomb primer on there to hide the 180 grit scratches so if you use that, be careful! -

Cobalt to G5 rear
I used to think the rear tail light sockets were part of the quarter panel. Recently noticed that they're actually part of the rear cover.. Not a fan of the circle lights so I'm wonder if anyone knows if G5 tail lights are a direct bolt in if I get a G5 rear cover. Trunk would have to be... -

That's ridiculous. 1600 grit through clear/paint and primer?? It must of been spray bombed on or you were sanding way too long. Hope it's turning out well! -

Basic maintenance stuff then hey? Do Cobalts take just oil in the standard trans? Never heard about braided lines either, pretty interesting. Thanks for the stuff so far, and thanks GM rep. Hope it's a worth while purchase! Also - Is there a way to check codes without a scanner like most Dodges? -
