How to: Remove Automatic Shift Knob( any year)
For those with the leather boot under their automatic shifter knob. I had to pop the leather out of the bottom housing and pull it up over the bottom of the shift knob exposing the black plastic ring underneath. I had to use a pair of plyers (gently) to turn the plastic ring to pop it loose...
