Spark issues maybe?
Check to make sure your coil pack itself is good if not that could be the issue if it’s the rail anyway with all of them in one housing or could be the module that sits on the rail itself you could also have a wire or fee that could possibly be messed up so I’d give that stuff a good glance over...- Anthony Haarman
