I have a 2007 Cobalt and after I get back from deployment I am looking to turbo it. I was looking at the Garrett kit but I was told the tool to reflash it wont work on the 07 because of the plugin? Is there anything that I could do to reflash or tune it once i get the turbo?- Moloch
