Vibration- Dont think its wheels?
I've got a 2007 cobalt lt I recently got for cheap that has some 17 inch rims (forget the brand, they were bought at discount tire) and kuhmo ecsta ast tires and its got a bit of vibration around 50 to 60 worse around 57ish.
