I recently purchased my 2nd cobalt, absolutely love these cars, was told by the previous owner that it was ran without a dipstick for about two months so there is some moisture in the oil lines, the service records that were included with the vehicle stated that several different mechanics had inspected the car and ruled out the head gasket, I had the oil dropped and flushed and changed and is still slightly milky but much clearer thanbefore, any tips on how to resolve this issue?

Moisture in oil lines....that shouldn't make milky oil after a flush. Heck even a standard oil change would get rid of it. Sounds more like you have a coolant leak issue.

I 2nd that. Sounds like you're getting coolant in the oil.
